Here are some of the most popular ski parks surrounding the capital region:
Tree Haven Trails
Located in Hagaman NY, Tree Haven Trails offers some of the best trails for families. Weekday prices are $8.00 for adults and seniors and $5.00 for juniors. Weekend prices are $10.00 for adults and seniors and $5.00 for juniors. Ski rentals range from $15.00-$20.00 while snowshoe rentals range from $8.00-$10.00. Schenectady County Forest
Go skiing on a forest preserve! Located in Duanesburg NY on Lake Road, County route 88 the Nature and Historic Preserve is comprised of over 100 acres of perfect land for skiing!
Pineridge Cross Country Ski Area
Sitting at the bottom of the Berkshire and Taconic mountains the Pineridge Cross Country Ski Area is home to 35km of cross country ski trails. Ski skating, and night skating are available with lighted trails. Ski rentals, lessons, shops, and warming lodges are also available. Arctic Circle Ski Center
Located in Gloversville and featuring over 25km of land, the arctic circle ski center is the perfect place for families and winter fun. LapLand Lake Nordic Vacation Center
