TWFM moves outside on Saturday, May 4th! Who’s excited? We have 14 new vendors joining us this season, meet one of them, Two Rock Ranch.
Two Rock Ranch is located in the Hilltowns about 35 minutes from Troy and raises White Dorper sheep. Our farm is proudly NYS Grown and Certified and they pride themselves on their environmental stewardship! Sheep are raised on lush mountain pastures and drink from an artesian well which results in wonderful meat. White Dorper meat is world-renowned for its tenderness and mild flavor. Lamb will be offered at the Market, they look forward to meeting all of you this summer! They can bring pre-phoned orders on Market Day (to ensure you get your favorite cuts!) and are taking reserved orders for the upcoming holiday season!
