Warehouse Wellness DayWarehouse Wellness presents Back Bends at ADCo Bar and Bottle Shop!This class will be taught by the wonderful Sheryl Campbell of the Hot Yoga Spot, a Certified Baptiste Instructor with a beautiful take on your classic yoga class, in the courtyard.
After class, hang at the bar with Jenna, co-founder of Warehouse Wellness, and enjoy Acai Bowls and Kombucha from Yesfolk Tonics.
